THE CHALLENGE

The customer manages occasional use and 24/7 streaming services for sports federations and thematic content owners.  The customer planned to add Dynamic-ad-insertion and LIVE2VOD capabilities to their product line and needed to generate meaningful requirements and establish a common understanding of what constitutes success.
